Dan Dan Farm is situated on a 40-acre hillside at the gateway to Napa Valley near the Carneros region inside the valley’s cooler microclimate.
As a regenerative farm, we have created an organic environment with animals and plants to manage the land, create natural fertilizers while we are producing food.
We have set our primary goal as an extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) producer, and we have more than 1200 olive trees growing in Italian, Spanish and Croatian varietals.
Our goal is to become the leader as a new generation farmer by combining our advantages of Silicon Valley with Napa Valley in terms of mindset, philosophy, and practices to achieve an optimal balance of technology usage along with traditional farming principles.

The name Dan Dan holds a special place in our hearts. It comes from two kanji characters—in Chinese, they symbolize the morning sun and chicken eggs
When we first envisioned our regenerative farm, our initial focus was on managing the steep hillside slopes that came with our land.
When we came to Napa Valley in 2018, we were excited to become landowners and be part of this beautiful, world-renowned region.
